Fabletics Bryce Dress White Perforated Sleeveless

Adorable dress! I purchased it from another posher in hopes of wearing it this last summer and just never got to it. Trying to find it a new home and get my money back on it. Still NWT and never worn! Two things I still want to point out - there is a tiny loose string in one of the perforations (please see pics). Also, it's not a brilliant shining white. I think it has dulled a bit due to storage and no actual wear. I'm sure that a good wash will fix that, but I don't want to take the tags off :) Please see pics!
