FabKids Rainbow Sneakers size 4 NWOT

Just got these. They don’t light up so my daughter doesn’t want them. Can’t return them because it was part of a promotion. There’s a small mark shown in the pictures. They say they are made of 100% recycled material so maybe it’s from that? Girls size 4.
