@michellehem1 hi, no problem! The only issue is that posh will only print the pre paid label to the buyer address they have on file. Let me take a look and see if I can help you update it on your end 😊

@michellehem1 if you go into your profile from the icon at the bottom right of your screen, select “Addresses”, and it should let you add a new address and change your default address to that one. Let me know if you’re able to do it!

Change the email address on file before adding a new address OR change your settings to verify via text message to your phone number, rather than via email?
