owerdal @kvand877 hello. Does these run small? I am normally a size 9. Also what is the circumference of the calf

kvand877 @owerdal they do run a tad small. That's why I had to size up since I'm usually a 9.5. The calf circumference is 14 2/5". I have skinny calves and they fit tight to my leg which I love and is why I researched and got these style. Let me know if you have any more questions.
