tommymarie Hello, could you please give me measurements: height (including heel, ) ,width, circumference (hole around top)and the measurement of bottom of boot from toe to heel as well as width on bottom? . Do they have a comfortable insole or would I be able to put a insole in boots? Color: (photo's don't capture true color) are these boots: dark brown, cognac, tan,black ? How old are they and are they USA made? Not trying to be difficult ; just don’t want to purchase and then not fit. Thank-You.
