FRNCH size Medium blue polka dot peplum blouse

FRENCH FRNCH Size medium (M). The top is dark blue with white polka dots and a peplum-style hem. The sleeves are cropped and folded at the wrist. The back is buttoned above a small keyhole slit. No material/washing instructions tag, but the top is lightweight and soft. It is in excellent pre-owned condition! Please see pictures for measurements.
