I bought this piece on Melrose in the early 2000’s when Vintage was all the rage everywhere; literally, all street wear sold on Melrose was Vintage back then! This is a 1980’s French Military Field Jacket, and it is by far my favorite military piece that I have ever come across. It’s just way more stylist than any American Military outfit: after all, it is “French” made. The muted Green that is almost grey just adds more value to the already Uber chic design and cut of the jacket. Sometimes, I wonder “is this a designer piece or a military jacket;” I get confused with this piece. It’s an all around sick and stylish jacket with no noticeable stains, holes, tears or imperfections; as far as vintage military jackets are concerned, it is in excellent condition! The Size is a Men’s Large and it is made of Cotton Herringbone.
