cochris What is the waist measurement when zipped?

brash_fash @cochris hi 🙂 the measurements are approx, lying flat and unstretched. The zipped part under the peplum = 13” and the actual hip area = 14”. The hip and leg area is completely stretchy - like leggings I’ll say. The top zipped peplum part is not stretchy. It’s a really beautifully made solid piece. I couldn’t zip it on the mannequin… and I tried to get the best photos that I could. Please lmk if you have any more Q’s.
