mamaashums @berrim I am going give you fair warning oh, that I have contacted my lawyer in addition to Poshmark support for the reasons of harassment, defamation of character amongst other things. I have never done a transaction with either of you and even though I don't have to say anything or defend myself in any capacity, she listed those pants for 25 I bought them both and then she told me that she thinks she probably should have listed them for more

mamaashums if she would have told me that she wanted to cancel the sale I would have been fine with that. She asked if she could bundle Batu and charge a little more for the whole bundle and I said of course. After (keyword being after) the sale had been made and the transaction had been processed I then said my daughter and I will love these. They did not fit her nor I. I did not realize by saying that my daughter and I would like something is it legally binding contract.

mamaashums I did not want to get into a back and forth with you, but everywhere I look you are trying to call me a scammer and that I trick someone into selling me pants by using my family? In no way shape or form is that true and no matter what you put out of context and post, or whatever vile names you decide to call me, please know that I am not joking when I said I have forwarded all of this to my lawyer.
