I absolutely adore these shoes I first purchased them in a size 8 which was too small. The shoes don't run small somehow my foot grew half a size and I have to sell all of my size 8s. I bought this one in an 8 and 1/2 but I have a wide foot and it's just a little bit too narrow. Should fit a regular size 8 and 1/2 or narrow 8 and 1/2 perfectly. Also as a side note FreeBird uses very supportive insoles in their sneakers so there's great arch support.
