sebq I’m in Florida and hate it. I love Cali so much. Been all over but my husband and I spent time in Carmel and fell in love. You must be north if it snows. How far north are you compared to say Carmel? GET MORE LISTINGS. LOVE YOUR THINGS! I love all animals but cats are so unique onto themselves. Maybe you were a cat in a past life.

katwhisperer @sebq I probably was a 🐱 sometime. I'm actually in So Cal, west of LA in the Mojave Desert. Hot as hades in summer, and winters are anyone's guess, literally. I like Northern CA for the weather and beautiful scenery. It's really expensive but nothing in CA is cheap. The Carmel/Monteray area is spectacular (Clint Eastwood was mayor of one of those cities years ago). Florida is sooo humid...so sorry!!

sebq Yes, Carmel super expensive and although I’m a Registered Nurse and the pay out there is very high for me right now I can’t work. On 9/23/17 I found my husband on the floor not breathing. Long story short, he is now on a heart transplant list so I stay with him instead of working to administer his beds. He’s at top of my closet. Best guy in the world. We want to return to CA one day😊

sebq I would love that. May I ask what was the medical device that was defective. When Sam got sick he clearly had symptoms but his them from me bcuz I was asleep when he got home to Be up for my hospital shift at 7am. When I applied online for disability everyone said even with a lawyer you are looking at at least two years. I had approval in less than 2 months. Cont...

sebq Only a few disagree oars get you approved that fast. His Ejection Fraction which is the oxygenated blood pumped out by your heart should be between 50-70%. His was 16 on the right and 3% on the left. He has an IV infusing 24/7 that I take care of and tons of pills. Waiting on a donor. Please God🙏🙏🙏

sebq I love bags, shoes but I’m 8.5 to a 9 depending on shoe, more 8.5. Long tops I love with sleeves at least 3/4’s. Hope that helps. Thx hun😊

katwhisperer @sebq Pelvic mesh destroyed me very quickly. Glad your disability claim for your husband went through so fast because it can take years- if you win. There seem to be a lot of us on Posh going thru some very significant medical challenges. Got a magic wand?

sebq How right you are about so many here on Posh with medical issues. My stopping work at the hospital to stay with Sam has taken a huge chunk out of our income and Sam made great money but thank God he got approved so fast. We had to wait 5 months for first check and first two years you pay for your own medical insurance. And then you get Medicare. Which will be 9/2019

katwhisperer @sebq Let's just say the erosion led to revision, and the incompetence of the dr/hospital caused me to develop sepsis, and permanent spinal injuries. This is the giant snowball that kept going....how ru and Sam

sebq Omg. In hospital infections are the worst and happen so often. That’s why when Sam is in the hospital I watch everything like a hawk. We were at the transplant drs office and he told his nurse to change Sam’s PICC LINE (IV) dressing. The minute she broke the sterile field I shouted STOP! Omg, that line goes straight to his heart and she not only dirtied her sterile gloves but didn’t even know how to put them on without touching the outside. She ran out of the room

sebq You can die quickly from sepsis. I see so much crap in the hospital so I have no problem throwing a dr or nurse out of the room. I always tell Sam not to say I’m a nurse so I can watch without them knowing I know what’s right but he does. Some nurses I haven’t a clue how they passed state boards. Your spine??? What the hell did they do to you. Poor thing

sebq Yes, Ricki, my real name. People hear Sam and Ricki and think we are a gay couple or that I’m Sam for Samantha. My dad didn’t want me to have a common name so named me a boys name in HS none of my boyfriends would write my name on their notebook. Lol
