*FREE Rue 21 Orange Semi Sheer Lined Skirt

Circa Summer 2016 season. Never worn except to try on inside! Absolutely stunning skirt. Never had an occasion to wear it unfortunately but i will miss hoarding this skirt dearly. Hopefully someone with more confidence than me finds joy in this skirt. Features a long back and a shorter front for a dramatic effect. Stretchy elastic band could stretch up 16 inches laid flat but i would recommend this for a size xs or small if your going for comfort. Fits me perfectly with a 25 inch waist. *free when you spend $15 or more in my closet 💓
