Free People ribbed knit mini skirt. Toasty heathered tan cotton blend. A "warmer" tan than most of these pictures. Wrap look, but it's sewn together at the waist. Good stretch, pull on. This is tagged as a L, runs small, more like a M. Waist starts at 28", hip starts at 37", both have good stretch. 18.5" long. Great condition!
