Free People New Romantics tiered tie dye dress. Pretty mix of pink and purples with a crochet lace trim and tie back. Size is XS (my mannequin is a 6 for reference). there's a small discoloration as shown and there's a tiny hole on one of the layers that is under the top one, so it's not seen.
