I had the dress professionally altered to shorten it since it was extremely long. I’d still consider it a maxi dress, unless you’re really tall. The dress has puff sleeves, a ribbon-adorned neckline, and a front tie detail. The dress features an empire silhouette and pleating at the chest. Side zipper in perfect condition. Would fit a XS/S. Dress is clean and free of any odors.
