This skirt is sooooo soft and delicate and not itchy AT ALL. And I have sensitive skin, so I would know. 20% angora, 80% acrylic. It's perfect with wool tights in the winter or bare legs in the summer. Waist band is 27 inches when not stretches. It has elastic on the sides of the waist band for plenty of stretch.
