Only wore 3 times. I’m usually a size 7 and sized down to a 6.5 but my heel is right on the edge so maybe I could of done my regular size also. Still comfortable though but if you like a little more room I’d stick to you size and not size down. Their website says This PHOEBE mule is running a little big. If you have a narrow foot, low instep or fall between sizes, we recommend going down a half size
