I let her talk me into an off-site purchase because she wanted $500 for the purse, I offered $350, she said she couldn’t afford Poshmark’s 20% fee if she let me get for $350. She did not send the purse! Don’t do business with her on or offsite!! BEWARE!!

prettythings_05 It’s extremely likely this picture is not even of the person that scammed you. It would be more helpful if you posted their contact info. Like phone number or payment info (pay.pal @ or the like)

melbatoast89 I'm so sorry this happened to you. If I you don't mind a small tip, check buyers profiles first. Meaning love notes or how they communicate through other listings on their page. It gives you a good idea if they're a fair buyer (which most of my customers are!). BUT make sure to never do a deal off site because if you sell a item and something goes wrong poshmark can at least help your case. Best of luck!❤

She said she did, but it was not there! She also asked if she can text it to me and I told her I’d rather do it through Posh because it’s safer. She hasn’t responded since. I’ll be posting someone who just tried it with me a few days ago, but I caught on. Their Profile photos are most likely not them. And they also have weird profile names and so called email addresses

If they are not willing to send you the product first (which they won’t) so don’t you send any money! Don’t do it! Stay on the site to make purchases.

dboom54 A lot of people don't know this but, if you used a credit card or a debit card with a major name on it like Visa, etc., they will help with your scam. Or if it's lost in the mail, broken, etc., they will guarantee that also.
