FRANCESCA’S Blue Velvet Wrap Dress

*This is an altered dress* I got it cinched at the waist a bit more to accentuate it more, and I closed the neckline a bit (as you can see in the close up photo of the neckline). This is a navy blue, velvet wrap dress, and it super nice quality. It’s a bit thicker material, perfect for the colder months! The material has a bit of stretch to it, making this dress both comfortable and figure flattering. I purchased it last December, just wore it to one event and I haven’t worn ever since.
