Beautiful embroidered dress from FP New Romantics collection, currently sold out - gently worn. I cut out the tags due to irritability but the measurements I have listed below, it’s an elastic waist band so it’s adjustable too. I’m Guessing I bought a s or xs. This might have come with a slip originally but currently do not have with dress. Waist relaxed: 12.5” (flat) Waist extended: 20” (flat)
