Item is new with tags but has warehouse dust from being dropped on the floor in the warehouse. All stains should remove if pretreated in first wash. All items are second hand from a warehouse. Any flaws or staining on the garment have been photographed so you can see them and noted in description on the listing. If noted as “warehouse dust”, stains are usually treatable and generally wash out well if pretreated in the first wash. We have had great luck with Dawn dish soap and borax as a pretreatment.
