F.P. Journe Limoges Commemorative Tray (LTD ED)

This is an extremely rare tray commissioned by F.P. Journe from Limoges, France in only 109 known examples. One tray was given to each client who was approved by application to purchase either styles of the Anniversary watches launched in 2013. For approval of purchase, was 1 of ten T-10 Platinum Calibre 1412 Tourbillon wristwatches, or 1 of 99 T-30 Silver and Rose Gold Tourbillon wristwatches. Both examples sold immediately prior to being completed. Of the thousands of applicants, Out of those applicants, monetary want had nothing to do with the process. The people that applied that gave a significant amount of their time and a desire to make a social impact were large factors. People that actively devoted their time and lent their professional expertise outside of their workplace were also highly considered. Many Philanthropists were considered regardless of status or net worth. That is what makes Francois Journe so special. This happens to be one of those very trays. I know of two that sold at auction. This is the only one for sale at this time that I am aware of.
