starlitprincezz @ericka2011 they're not extremely stretchy, but do have some. The way the lacing on the shorts are allows for adjusting, too.

starlitprincezz @ericka2011 I'm a size 0-1 and they fit when I tried them on. The lacing part is adjustable so you can tie it tight or with more room if you need. I measured them lying flat for a girl who said she wanted them originally but didn't purchase. Almost 14 inches from left to right at the top
