jessdibenedetto @peacefrog85 lovely- is this kimono silk or cotton gauze (I know this is not a sales listing— but I’m interested in purchasing from somewhere else and seller wasn’t sure)

peacefrog85 @jessdibenedetto Mine is cotton gauze. I think the CU listing has said it was silk as that’s what I was expecting, but that didn’t end up being the case. That said, I LOVE mine - it’s very wearable and easy to spot clean if needed without causing the texture or anything to change. I don’t think that necessarily would be the same had it been silk.

jessdibenedetto @peacefrog85 Tysm. I thought I wasn’t a kimono girl and I bought one on sale and am in love. I just worried the silk wouldn’t hang as nicely the way the cotton would. However, I can SO appreciate the tip about it being easy to spot clean, might just try it. Thanks, lovely! 💗✨

peacefrog85 @jessdibenedetto I find that even though it’s cotton gauze and not silk it hangs real nicely and has good flow. Also since it’s lined its not see thru at all so totally wearable as a dress! And unlike Spell’s short robes, CU’s are a smidge longer so your bum doesn’t hang out if you want to rock it as a dress. 🎉
