FOREVER 21 Polka Dot Romper!

Cute and fun romper for any day in the summer (except rainy ones)! Bright teal with tiny black polka dots. Size XS but CAN fit some size small (fits my top half perfectly, but tight around my thighs) I've only worn it a handful of times, but the tag in the back is coming off. Shouldn't be a problem though.
