FOREVER 21 OFF THE SHOULDER TOP

this top is so cute it just doesn’t fit me how I’d like it to it says that it’s a medium but in my opinion it fits like a size small to extra small. I love the tie in the Front and this is something that could be dressed up or dressed down!
