FOREVER 21 Navy & White Polka Dot Mini Wrap Dress

Gently used Forever 21 Women Navy Blue & White Printed Mini Wrap Dress (has a V-Neck, short sleeves, tulip hem), size M - medium. This item is no longer sold through them and hasn't been in stock for a while now. I'm getting rid of it because I was too tall (5'9" for reference) for the mini dress, in the end. If you're shorter it should fit fine!
