@erindshea Hi check out the size charts I've included in the images from Forever21. Looks like a Medium they consider to be a 7-9 and L is an 11. Measurements are listed next to them for bust and waist. It is a more fitted jacket so it comes in on the waist and is short.

@erindshea No problem! Yeah I'm not sure either, the jacket says it's "womens". I think the measurements are the best guide to go by :) I'm usually a womens xsmall or small in tops and I purchased this jacket in a small and it fits perfect as a fitted jacket. So it seems pretty true to size.
