FOREVER 21 Dress Size Small

This item has been worn before. Still in good condition. I've received compliments every time I've worn this dress but unfortunately I think I've worn it to enough events that is hard to find new places to use it! Forever 21 dress in size SMALL. Upper Black is mesh-like & see through. The dress color is tan with a pretty shiny lining underneath. Zippered back & collared. 100% Polyester.
