In good condition, but there is a very fine 'track' on the front left side where it looks like some threads have pulled. I've included a picture to show this and also a picture to show that it is not noticeable while wearing, it is a very faint flaw. The hemline falls longer at the sides. Length is 28 inches in front and back and 35 inches at the 2 sides. Armpit to armpit is 25 inches.
