FLorence Eiseman Dress

This is an adorable Florence Eiseman Dress. It is blue and white striped gingham with applique flowers and pink and green ric rac. It has a cut-out back with velcro at the top of the cut-out and a zipper below. The tag has been cut out so I'm not 100 percent sure of the size but I believe it to be a 3T or 4T. It is in very good used condition.
