So beautiful but has multiple flaws so please read carefully. The fabric about 8 inches width above the bottom hem is discolored/dingy from dragging on the ground when the last owner wore it and there are multiple small holes in the mesh in this same area as well. If you're short and could get this hemmed it would take care of the problem. There are also numerous areas where the beads/rhinestones are loose or missing. Otherwise in good preowned condition.
