Brand new w/ tag, stretchy. FLAWED SEE PICS!! came that way when I bought it, could have been a return before I bought it or got damaged in shipment, not sure on the history of this dress. the bottom is designed to be sewn in like the pics show so the lining can stay attached. READ ALL BELOW!! Please do not come back on me if the color of the item is a shade or 2 different in person then what the pics captured, It is not always the easiest to get the right color captured on cam. .
