dehoyosge @mkokinis82 pit to pit lying flat is 17 inches. It has a ruched stretch panel mid back that will also allow the bust to stretch an additional 3 inches if needed and also works a a way to add support to the bust area. The straps are also adjustable like a bra strap. :)
