I think the XXL will be a good fit .. quite possibly the XL as this top has some slight stretch as to add to comfort of wearing it.

This is an Awesome top!
The inside has a satin lining and there is slight stretch for comfort.
I give the manufacturer your bra size and they customize it you .. also helpful what size you wear in tops. :)
Do keep in mind that this is a pre order and is an extended delivery of 2 - 2.5 weeks - I can expedite for an additional fee of $25 for approx aug 5th delivery as this is imported.

Yes the ostrich feathers a hand selected :)
The top has slight stretch with elastic so that it stays on and is comfy to wear and not restricting.

It’s a custom made crop top as I send you measurements to the manufacturer for sizing. The top has a satin material on the inside and the top has slight stretch for comfort and a hidden zipper in the back.
The ostrich feathers are hand selected. :)

This is an extended shipping approx 2 2.5 weeks.
I’ve been able to expedite the shipping for an additional shipping fee with fed ex for $28 as this is imported for 6- 10 day delivery. :)

They are reccimending a size XL or 2XL as it’s sized differently from US Size .. They have both sizes in stock .. they showed me the size chart .. your 38.2”-39.4” measurements would fit the 2XL perfectly from their size chart.
There is slight stretch for a comfortable fit and a hidden zipper in the back.
If you purchase now you will have it in time if you expedite it :) mim going to make you a new listing with the included expedited fee now. :)

I just got a reply as I also sent the pic you were referring to and they do not add the strap however, they will attach hanging straps for you if you request it.
