FITS XS - Immaculate White One-Shoulder Crepe Midi Dress - XS

This dress is stunning-beyond-WORDS, but runs small, so please read this throughly: Designer: DRESS THE POPULATION This is an elegant one-shoulder midi length dress in a high quality crepe texture, form fitting with a slight bit of stretch to the material so it hugs your curves. The profile in this dress is the most magnificent shape I’ve ever seen on myself - the cascading flounce ruffle at the one shoulder skins and elongates the bare arm, makes your waist look tiny and shapes your back like a mermaid-figure. It’s in EXCELLENT condition, with no stains/nicks, discoloration. It’s a SIZE SMALL on the tag, but I am listing as an XS because the measurements seem suitable as such: Pit to pit: 15” Waist: 12” - plus the smallest amount of stretch? But basically fitted. (I’m a size 26 waist - I am able to zip it to the waist and a bit above.) Length from WAIST TO BOTTOM HEM: 30.” Midi-length. If these measurements fit you, you’ll be a KNOCKOUT in this. The ONLY reason this is listed is I’m a 17” across measurement, pit to pit - and this runs more narrow.
