Like new, FIRST TACTICAL OD green pants. I cannot tell for sure but looks to be unisex but sized for a woman US-14/Reg, UK-18, DE-44 and MX-14, only 1 pair of slacks but sizes in different countries sizes listed also. Metal zipper and snap-both in great working order. Belt loops are a little wider than most, 3 pockets on front on both sides, bottom ones have velcro at top. Both velcro pockets have a slit about 2" across like maybe for a small knife in a sheath. I call this color OD green but it might be a little darker.
