leanderandhero Hi. I’m seriously considering buying this for my dragon loving husband as a birthday gift. I understand that the price is firm, but do I have any way of knowing that if it’s broken in shipping that I will be refunded? Thanks for your time

lloydnoble @leanderandhero Hi there. POSHMARK policy states that the Seller will not receive any refund due to damage during shipping. I’ve had 1 customer, 2 years ago, receive a broken item. She opened a case and POSHMARK refunded her the $20 list price. I can check the Post Office on Monday and see if I can pay extra for added insurance, that way a claim can be made. It is my understanding that would cover me though 🙃. I think the buyer is covered by opening a case in the event of broken items. ☺️
