This V-neck dress is & was one of my 'it' dresses for a cocktail party/wedding. It is easy to dance in & it is slimming w/the ruching directly under the bodice. The polka dots cascades? the dress creating an ombre effect. The dress falls just by the knee - might get higher as the heel gets higher.
