magconco Sorry for the wait as I've been out of town. When laid out flat the hips are 18 1/2" and the waist is 14 1/2. Hope this helps.

magconco @kaynatty I am returning the boots because I had asked if there were any scuffs or damage and you said no scuffs or damage. But when I got them they were covered in scuff marks. Too many for my interest. I was expecting a pair of boots with no scuffs or damage.
