Fabric is very soft and has a luxurious feel to it. Measurements (all taken flat): Bust - 21.5" Waist - 21.75" Sleeve - 18" Length - 22" My mannequin measures 38" at the bust and 32.25" at the waist. This fit the mannequin without a problem.
