This is a fabulous pair of velvet pants in a gorgeous deep blue color. They have an elasticized waistband and are made to be comfortable but still be glamorous. Wear with any top of choice and I have the matching jacket listed separately. This style is hard to find and retailed for at least a few hundred. These are in excellent, pre-owned condition.
