This is a really pretty dress that is stretchy and fitted and has a ruffle trim at the sleeves. It can be worn as is or paired with tights. It is in excellent, pre-owned condition. I think it could definitely work for a size 2 as well since it's so stretchy. It is made of a fabric that is great for traveling; these photos were taken after it being in storage and it wasn't even steamed! 95% polyester, 5% spandex. Machine wash cold.
