yancru84 @greenscotch you’re not a bother! Please do ask all the questions you do have. I much rather you know exactly what you’re buying before the fact. And these are things I should have under description. So, Thank you! ☺️ so top of the skirt (Waist) measures about 13 1/2. It can stretch out to about 15. The middle measures 15 1/2 and bottom of the skirt 1 ft.
