Creepy clown rattle. My Roman numerals are rusty but I believe that’s marked 1972, “the first years.” Chime/bell mechanism is working and adds to the creepy ambiance. Has wear appropriate to its age - see pics. Good for decorating or a prop; don’t give it to a kid you sicko.
