The skirt is size the 28th but I think that's why I got it for the price I did and this Miss March it is definitely I wear a 16 and it is slightly too big for me so I say it fits an 18 through about a 24 it has the back elastic on it it has been gorgeous trendy colors of the cobalt blue white black and khaki and green and tan the skirt is adorable and so flattering and with the elastic it will go with you as you lose weight or if you gain a few pounds Waist 23" flat will stretch to 26"Length 24"
