FENTON COBALT BLUE HAND PAINTED GLASS BELL

FENTON art glass cobalt blue hand painted bell in excellent preowned condition. The ruffled edge of the bottom of the bell is white glass. There are hand painted white flowers with red centers around the main part of the bell and there are red dots and white lines above the flowers. Signed by the artist. I am decluttering my late grandmother's collection.
