FC neon orange workout capris wide waistband

FC workout capris with wide ribbed waistband. Grey with orange neon. Tag says " plus size". I am a size 10 and these wouldn't fit me, I am marking them as a size 8. Please use measurements to confirm fit. Flat measurements (not using any stretch) waist 12.5" hips 15" rise 12" inseam 18-19" cuff 5"
