FAUX BLUE TOPAZ HEART SHAPED PENDANT NECKLACE with 18" CHAIN

Pretty gold-plated open heart pendant set with an oval imitation blue topaz stone. One edge of the open heart has a silvertone illusion section that gives the appearance that there are cubic zirconia or diamonds set along that edge. (There are actually no stones set in that section.) The pendant hangs from a goldtone cable chain that is about 18" long. This necklace is unmarked but in excellent condition.
