FASHION FORMS Ultralight Backless Strapless Bra Size D

I received this item and a pallet I purchased a few weeks ago. The items are not on the inside of the plastic that they’re supposed to be in. They are missing the plastic adhesive. In the middle that separates them so they were paste it on the outside of the plastic. Hopefully that makes sense. Please see all photos ahead of time.
